Del Tura Softball Sign-up form

If you are interested in playing softball for the Del Tura Amigos or Diablos please fill out the information below.  You will be contacted by a representative of the teams regarding your interest.  Please be sure to include the following in the comment section. 
1)Age as of Dec 31st of LAST YEAR (you must be 50 years of age by January 1st of the current season)
2) Position(s) played or want to play
3) Experience playing softball. (ex. I haven't played in 25 years  or  I played in a 55+ league at home and have been playing since I was 30)
