Why join our Del Tura HOA?

As an HOA member you will be welcomed into a family of very special residents who care deeply about their community and who together, work to make Del Tura a wonderful place to live.  

The HOA is your gateway to participating in countless activities and making many new and lasting friendships. 

 

What are the benefits of membership in our HOA?

Aside from becoming part of our amazing Del Tura family, as an HOA member you will receive discounted tickets and priority admission to HOA sponsored entertainment and events.  

Members also receive a telephone directory, paper and online and online versions of our HOA’s “Tower” newspaper, and full access to your HOA’s website including opt-in notification of community and member-only events.

 

How much does it cost to join our HOA? 

Currently, the dues are $12.00 (USD) per year, per household, payable annually.  

Payment in October covers membership for the remainder of the current calendar year and the calendar year which follows. Our HOA offers full membership for owners. and associate membership for renters (associate members receive less benefits than full members).

 

How do I join our HOA?

It’s easy!  Simply visit our HOA webpage at https://www.deltura-hoa.com to download, complete and mail the completed Membership Application Form, with check for $12.00(USD), to the HOA office at:  609 Sierra Madre, North Fort Myers, FL 33903. You can also stop by the HOA office during regular office hours (get hours info here).
